My original flight booking was a direct flight from Calgary to Tokyo then connect to Fukuoka.  However, Air Canada cancelled most of the December direct flights from Calgary to Tokyo.  Therefore, our flights started from Calgary to Vancouver, Vancouver to Seoul, and finally Seoul to Fukuoka.  Total duration for this first leg of the trip was ~19 hours.
